* Update a few timers
* Rework the way Dragonmaw defenders are spawned in phase 1:
- Use dedicated summon spell for each NPC instead of using
SummonCreature()
- Add a cap on how many Dragonspawns (12) and Orcs (40) are in the room
like on retail to prevent them to spawn indefinitely
* Make Razorgore temporary pick another target while the current victim
is afflicted by Conflagrate
* Fix dying text of Razorgore
